At wizstuff.co.uk we pride ourselves on supplying great products and do everything we can to ensure your purchases reach you in the best condition.
In the unlikely event that your purchase appears to be not functioning as it should please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will respond to your mail as quickly as possible – we would aim to reply within 24 hours max. Prior to contacting us please make sure you have read the relevant section/s of the user/operation manual and are sure that the issue is not user error ! Remember this famous saying....... "If all else fails - Read The Manual !!!"
All goods are covered by a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated in the product information on the wizstuff.co.uk website store.
Goods will be deemed out of warranty if they:
Returned goods which are eligible to be authorised as 'In Warranty':
Undamaged purchases (returned & received in 'as new' / perfect condition between 1-30 days from date of purchase will be replaced or refunded.
Undamaged purchases returned & received in good condition between 31 days – 1 year from date of purchase will, at the discretion of wizstuff.co.uk, be repaired or replaced with an item of similar or better condition. Refunds will not be issued on goods > 30 days from date of purchase.
